Solve the problem of fiber combing and lead the market trend

By conducting in-depth market research and sorting out different raw materials used by different customers, we aim to provide fast production services and simple variety replacement, shorten manufacturing and supply cycles, reduce parts supply and costs, while improving efficiency. When customers reported that fiber damage in traditional carding machines was a "headache", Ji Heju visited and researched multiple customers, conducted on-site inspections of fiber production during equipment operation, consulted relevant technical data for repeated deduction, and calculated the speed of each component in detail. The test results ultimately met the standard design requirements. He utilized the respective advantages of the roller combing of wool spinning and the cover combing of cotton spinning, combined with novel and reasonable structural innovation and needle cloth research, to invent a patented technology product applied to new spinning equipment, improving spinning efficiency and reducing fiber damage rate by an average of 7%.

With the changes in the market, the demand for special fiber products is increasing day by day. Jiheju has set its research and development goals on special fiber semi spun carding equipment, pioneering the development of new and multi-component fiber flexible carding, solving the carding problems of some special fibers such as cashmere, bamboo fiber, chitosan, seaweed, aramid, silk, kapok fiber, etc., and realizing the industrialization of high-quality semi spun yarns of special fibers. A domestic customer has purchased equipment from the company four times and placed an order for 60 units. Seeing that his carefully developed results have been recognized by customers, Ji Heju is even more confident. Through in-depth research on the equipment, he has made the machine suitable for good combing of fiber lengths ranging from 8mm to 88mm, and for fine spun yarns ranging from ultra short fibers such as towel yarn and recycled cotton to ultra long fibers. Especially in recent years, the spinning of long fibers has gradually become a trend in the market. Traditional carding machines and carding machines are difficult to achieve ideal long fiber combing. The new equipment led by Jiheju's technical team has achieved fine combing of 88mm long fibers, which not only preserves the length well but also has almost zero hair particles. This product has won the Patent Award and the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the China Textile Industry Federation. At present, Ji Heju is tackling the fine combing of fibers with a length of over 120mm, which is his new technological goal.

As a technology leader in the enterprise, Ji Heju spent over 20 days at the user's production site to improve the design and trial production of glass fiber non-woven fabric complete sets. Despite the hot summer weather and the itchiness of glass fibers, he carefully observed and studied the problem of difficult fiber transfer during the sorting process by lying next to the machine. After repeated thinking, he changed the size of the leak, adjusted the entrance angle, and accelerated the transfer speed, ultimately solving the problem of transfer. After successful testing, this production line quickly entered the market and created good economic benefits for the enterprise.

Ji Heju believes that textile combing is a systematic project that is related to product design, raw material loosening pretreatment, impurity removal, and health preservation. Therefore, in addition to structural innovation in unit machine design, the key is how to achieve full process equipment optimization, which is his key research topic. He innovatively improved the precision spinning and uniaxial flow of cotton spinning and applied them to the cashmere loosening process, increasing the efficiency of impurity removal by 50% and greatly reducing the total number of combing passes. To study the finished product indicators of cashmere combing equipment, various process parameters are repeatedly tested. Sometimes, for a single data, he can stay in the workshop production site for 24 hours continuously. He researched and streamlined the process, systematically optimized the needle cloth, speed ratio, spacing, feeding amount, workshop temperature and humidity, and the angle and working surface of the feeding board, ultimately overcoming the problem of low yield, high consumption, and significant damage to cashmere for many years. In recent years, Jiheju Innovation's intelligent combination cashmere automatic circulation combing equipment has obtained multiple national invention patents, reducing labor by 50%, improving combing efficiency by 30%, and reducing fiber damage by 2%.

Ji Heju is from Qingdao, Shandong. After graduating from Qingdao Machinery Industry School in 1984, he went to Qingdao Jiaonan Textile Machinery Factory (predecessor of Qingdao Dongjia Textile Machinery Group), where he applied what he learned and began to engage in the design and development of textile sorting machinery products. From 1984 to present, Ji Heju has been researching textile equipment sorting machinery and its complete sets of equipment for nearly 40 years, witnessing the rapid development of the textile industry after the country's reform and opening up. During this period, Ji Heju presided over, participated in, and completed the research and development of over 60 new textile machinery products, including 3 national science and technology research projects, 2 national torch plan projects, and 18 national level new products. The combination combing machine he participated in designing for the national "Seventh Five Year Plan" scientific and technological research project won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.
